Cooler evenings, golden light, and something delicious in your glass. Fall après is an invitation to slow down—after a coastal walk, a round of golf, or a day enjoying the crisp autumn air.
Our first seasonal drinks menu brings together apple cider, pear, and maple in three easy cocktails. Each includes a mocktail variation, so everyone can join the toast.
Each recipe makes one drink.
Apple Cider Bourbon Fizz
Crisp apple cider, warming bourbon, and a splash of ginger beer make this an easy favorite for autumn gatherings.
Ingredients
-
2 oz bourbon
-
3 oz apple cider
-
½ oz fresh lemon juice
-
Ginger beer, to top
-
Ice
-
Apple slice, for garnish
Instructions
-
Fill a glass with ice.
-
Add the bourbon, apple cider, and lemon juice.
-
Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
-
Garnish with an apple slice.
Make it a mocktail: Leave out the bourbon and add an extra ounce of apple cider. Finish with nonalcoholic ginger beer for the same bright, spicy sparkle.
Maple Pear Spritz
Delicate pear, a touch of maple, and sparkling prosecco come together in a light cocktail made for golden-hour sipping.
Ingredients
-
2 oz pear nectar
-
½ oz fresh lemon juice
-
1 tsp maple syrup
-
Chilled prosecco, to top
-
Ice
-
Pear slice, for garnish
Instructions
-
Add the pear nectar, lemon juice, and maple syrup to a glass. Stir until combined.
-
Add ice and top with chilled prosecco.
-
Stir gently and garnish with a thin pear slice.
Make it a mocktail: Replace the prosecco with sparkling water. For a little extra spice, use nonalcoholic ginger beer instead.
Maple Espresso Martini
Rich espresso and a hint of maple give this classic cocktail a cozy seasonal finish. Serve it after dinner—or whenever the evening calls for a little pick-me-up.
Ingredients
-
2 oz vodka
-
1 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled
-
1 oz coffee liqueur
-
¼ oz maple syrup
-
Ice
-
Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions
-
Add the vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and maple syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
-
Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
-
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
-
Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon.
Make it a mocktail: Skip the vodka and coffee liqueur. Shake 1 oz cooled espresso, 2 oz milk or oat milk, and ¼ oz maple syrup with ice. Strain into a coupe and dust with cinnamon. This version has a creamy, coffee-forward finish.
A Little Après, All Your Own
